Describe the bug Users have reported experiencing delayed or entirely missing notifications for new orders within the WooCommerce Android app. This issue has been highlighted in several recent reviews, where users indicate that the app previously sent notifications reliably but has now ceased to function as expected. This defect significantly hinders the app's effectiveness for timely order management in an e-commerce setting.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior are currently under investigation as the issue has not yet been successfully reproduced internally.

Expected behavior Users should receive immediate and reliable notifications when new orders are placed through the WooCommerce platform, facilitating efficient management and response times for online store operations.
