Blaze campaign budget should display $ currency #12504

Describe the bug When a blaze campaign budget is in $ currency, the list item shows the local currency instead of $.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. From the web, change you site's currency to something other than USD.
  2. Create a Blaze campaign on the app.
