After creating a new order, the order list does not scroll to the top

Describe the bug After creating a new order, the order list does not scroll to the top. This occurs only when the latest order is not from today before creating a new order.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Your latest order should from before today.
2. Create a new order.
3. After creating the order, notice that the list doesn't scroll to the top.

Expected behavior The list should scroll to the top.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• [ ] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• [x] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• [x] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
