Inconsistent Timezones in Stats and Orders #4121

Describe the bug The stats in the My Store tab uses the store's timezone however the Orders tab uses the device timezone.

To Reproduce Set your store's timezone to something other than your device's timezone. View the stats in the My Store tab within the app. View the orders in the Orders tab within the app.

Expected behavior The app should display stats and orders in the timezone of the store.

....the store is in EST, and I am in europe in CEST. This is key really, the app should always use the store's timezone not where the store owner is travelling to...
