Implement BHE - React Context API #67

One of the most important features requested by the Woo team was to be able to use React Context API as easily as possible. Right now, it is used for many aspects like Checkout Context, Cart Context, CustomerData Context, PaymentMethod Context, etc

We added it on our experiments, now is time to test it on real environments like this one.

We should at least (feel free to add more tasks below)

[ ] Implement and test on Cart Block and its inner blocks.
