IP address not saved in Stripe when customer pays via payment request button (Apple or Google Pay) #2239

Describe the bug There seems to be an issue with the WooCommerce Stripe plugin where it does not send an IP address to Stripe if a customer pays via payment request button (Apple or Google Pay).

@diegocurbelo asked to Stripe internally. They say it's an issue currently with Google Pay. No ETA provided p1639784148291000/1639705570.286400-slack-C9976E5MJ. Unassigning myself from this issue.
