Description
Use the clean_statement_descriptor helper before saving the statement descriptor fields in the settings.
The current method may require refactoring to take into account the requirements from WC_Gateway_Stripe::validate_account_statement_descriptor_field.
This would keep what we store and send to Stripe consistent.
