Flaky unit test `DateWooTests.testUpdateStringWorksForIntervalsOneDayOrLess` #12266

CI build
Failed twice on the same day (March 11), fixed on the next day (March 12). It might be related to the daylight saving change
Passed locally
The test case uses the current date Date
