[Woo POS] M2: Consider limiting readers to Stripe's M2 for POC

it’s mentioned that the current scope uses the Stripe M2 Card reader. Getting more readers to work with this doesn’t look like a bad thing, but is this intended?

Also:

If there are multiple card readers within range on the POS screen, one of the readers is automatically connected. On the Payments screen, the “Several readers found” screen is displayed instead.
