Describe the bug
When displaying the store stats on the apps, we show different information per platform if the previous period is less than equal to 0. We should align which data to display to provide a unified experience.

Steps to reproduce:
On a store with no orders the previous day
Create and complete a new order
Check the stats on Android, iOS, and the web, and check that the information is different.
Expected behavior
We should display 0% as in the web experience
Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):
[x] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
[x] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active,
or Storefront.
[x] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
