[Woo POS] Design tweaks: Update POS fonts to SF Pro

• The font we're using is wrong – should be SF Pro. Note the shape of the lowercase a.

We currently default to system font, which upon inspection seems to be .SFUI-Regular ?

Some clarity here: SFUI and SF Pro are the same font.

The single-storey “a” is an optional stylistic set in the font itself.

It was my assumption that, because Apple created the font to include these features, they would be easy to switch on in development.

But it looks like it’s more complicated than that!
