[Order Details] Add logs to debug Custom Amounts crash

Related to: #14449

Description

A crash happens while trying to configure the custom amount cell in the order detail screen. We couldn't reproduce the crash locally. This PR adds logs to get more details about the crash for debugging.

Steps to reproduce

Launch the app
Navigate to Orders tab
Tap + to create order
Add a product
Add a custom amount. Try editing the custom amount to select a different type. (Percent/fixed amount)
Verify that custom amount is added successfully.
Create the order.
Open the order from the order list again.
Verify that custom amount information is displayed correctly.

Testing information

This PR adds logging information. Smoke testing custom amounts can be added and viewed as before is enough.
