Missing Tracking section in order details screen #4519

Describe the bug

It was reported in 4107538-zd-woothemes that the shipment tracking section was missing in the iOS app. I was able to reproduce this on iOS 6.9 but not on WCAndroid 7.0-rc-1

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make sure the WooCommerce Shipment Tracking extension is enabled.
  2. Launch the WooCommerce iOS app and go to Orders.
  3. Select an order and notice the Tracking section is missing.

Expected behavior

I would expect to see the Tracking section in the app since I have the WooCommerce Shipment Tracking extension enabled.
