PayPal Payments Failing #1608

WooCommerce PayPal Payments are not working.

Error message:

Payment for order# --- from Michael ------ has failed. The order was as follows:

The subscription payment failed because the payment method could not be saved. Please try again with a different payment method.

I just received feedback from the above referenced ticket. I modified the Vault settings to accept payments and disregard payment methods. Thank you!
