Big blank block between the top menu block and the achieve title & breadcrumb block #1747

Describe the Bug

An bug came to my site. Then I began to check the issue. Luckily, I have a staging version created on Sep. 05, 2023, and never updated any plug-ins, this staging version works well without the bug I will describe as below. Then I updated the plug-ins one by one, and found when I updated "WooCommerce PayPal Payments" to Version 2.3.1, the front pages have errors - There is a big/high blank block between the top menu block and the achieve title & breadcrumb block. This error occurs on both PC end(Chrome & Opera) and Mobile end(Chrome).

This error doesn't occur when you open the front page (either single product layout pages OR product catalog pages) at the very beginning. While after adding products to the cart, then this error occurs on the cart page/single product page/product catalog page when you refresh them.

I also tried switching the theme to Twenty Twenty-Three Version: 1.2. , this error seems disappear.

I downloaded a previous version of woocommerce-paypal-payments.(2.2.2) and the bug disappeared. But it is just a temporary helpless move.

The spacing is coming from the min-height 100vh being applied to the selector: body.footer-on-bottom #wrapper

This is applied so that if the content doesn't reach the amount to fill the page, the footer will still display at the bottom of the page.

But the main problem here is that the inner wrapper is being generated/pushed outside of the main wrapper on this page when the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin is enabled.

Would you be able to reach out to the plugin developer to see why the plugin is forcing the inner wrapper element out of the main wrapper element? Please refer to the main problem that I mentioned previously.

A temporary fix for this is to disable the Keep footer on the bottom of the screen option in Appearance > Customize > Footer. This will remove the style that will force the content to fill the screen if the content doesn't have enough content to fill the screen.

However, it is very odd that the plugin is changing the structure of the inner wrapper and main wrapper elements on the page.

Hi @supervisitor20 This sounds like it could be related to https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/issues/1735. Could you please give it a try with this version and let us know if this resolves the issue for you? Alternatively, disabling the Mini Cart button may also prevent the behavior. Thanks!
