Saving Pay Later settings don't stick #2166

Describe the Bug

I'm attempting to disable the Pay Later banner on the Home page. I simply uncheck the box next to 'Home' and click the blue 'Save Changes' button. Upon page reload, the Home checkbox is still checked. The banner still appears on the home page.

Expected Behavior

I expect the button to maintain the status I've chosen after saving changes.

The box is checked even after saving as unchecked.

This might be related to the hosting related issues.
