Describe the Bug

< previously I thought that the WooCommerce PayPal Payments was causing a mis configuration of the payment page but after restoring the snapshot and trying again the problem seem to come from the WooCommerce itself from 8.7.0 to 8.2.2 version>

To Reproduce

  1. Go to '…' <any product pages /select a product/ go to cart/ or/payment page and the payments options are placed under th Id, address, customer ID. You have to scroll down to see the payment options>
  2. Click on '…'
  3. Scroll down to …'
  4. See error < not usual page configuration >< normally this goes side to side>

The problem still remains after updating the theme Porto to 7.0.10. So here is the report `

Hi. Is there any solution to this issue?

I Would like to update the WooCommerce and the WooCommerce PayPal Payment without fatal error.

I am waiting to launch a SPRING sale, not having to face customers' blitz of bad experiences ordering on my site.
