Describe the Bug

Error notifications are removed when trying to add a new payment method on My Account

To Reproduce

  1. Log in with an user
  2. Go to My account and click on "Payment Method" Menu
  3. Click on "Add payment method"
  4. Select ACH / ECP Transactions
  5. Error notifications disappear.

The plugin with conflict is "BlueSnap Payment Gateway for WooCommerce"
