Description

This PR adds loading overlays in the Fastlane checkout in order to improve UX by better communicating the process of loading to guest customers.

Steps to Test

Go through the Axo flow.
Test both Ryan and Gary flows.
Test switching gateways.
Ensure the overlay and loading icons display correctly and are removed after everything is loaded.

Note

The loading icon doesn't work with the Storefront theme.
