PR Description

The PR will enable the shipping callback functionality for WC subscriptions when the "Require final confirmation on checkout" checkbox in unchecked

Issue Description

Currently we have disabled shipping callback functionality for WC subscriptions. Shipping callback should also work for WC subscriptions when the "Require final confirmation on checkout" checkbox in unchecked.
