Impossible to customize Pay Later Messaging (3139)

Describe the Bug

Even if the modifications seem to be saved, set-up is not running : not taken into account when pages are displayed, and sometimes the second saving after a slight modification makes the customization come back to default settings

To Reproduce

1. In the Hostinger administration panel of the website, go to 'WooCommerce' menu on the left
2. Select 'Paiements' tab
3. Then click on 'Paypal' Payment Method
4. Select 'Pay Later' tab
5. Customize options and save
6. See error

Take into account the settings customized or at least display a error message

Actual Behavior

Hello @Vert-Durable, can you please give it a try with the latest 2.7.1-rc6 version from the release section? We identified a race condition that could result in the Pay Later messaging settings not showing the values after saving or sometimes not saving the values at all. The upcoming update should resolve this issue, but feedback about how this version linked above works for you would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
