Fatal error on non-PayPal orders when a supported shipment tracking plugin is active

Describe the Bug

When we go to buy a shipping label the payment goes through, but then we get a critical error.

To Reproduce

1. Go to buy a shipping label in woocommerce
2. Click on purchase shipping label
3. See error

Apologies for the trouble with the latest update! A new plugin version with a fix for this error will be available here in the Release section by Monday. In the meantime, you can download and install the previous version 2.7.0 to prevent this error for now.
