Description

This PR fixes:

Issue with shippingAllowed() boolean being hardcoded resulting in incorrect shipping data being sent to Apple Pay.

Steps to Test

Activate Apple Pay.
Confirm Apple Pay orders go through for both enabled and disabled shipping.
