For China, extend the woocommerce_paypal_payments_supported_country_currency_matrix and woocommerce_paypal_payments_supported_country_card_matrix with the countries/currencies mentioned above.
For China, also extend the woocommerce_paypal_payments_save_payment_methods_supported_country_currency_matrix and woocommerce_paypal_payments_card_fields_supported_country_currency_matrix filters to enable Vault v3 and Card Fields.

When visiting the PayPal Payments settings Standard Payments tab
Thenthe Advanced Card Processing gateway and settings tab are available.
PayPal requested us to add additional countries to the supported Advanced Card Processing list.
