Credit card option disappears #2592

Often , desktop and mobile at WooCommerce checkout the credit card option is not available. Resaving options in advanced card processing settings restores functionality.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to '…'
  2. Click on '…'
  3. Scroll down to …'
  4. See error

You should not have an embedded link to git hub in the plugin's admin section
