PayPal, BCDC, & PUI gateways have no icons (233) #470

Describe the Bug

PayPal icon near text as payment method disappeared

Both plugins on and the icon is missing for the "WooCommerce PayPal Payments" one:

@BaltasarParreira There is no gateway icon for the moment but you can add one with a filter like this: https://gist.github.com/InpsydeNiklas/9b384c86c4127a7bffc5446c328a647c This feature will eventually be provided natively in the plugin.
