In PR #166, the i18n directory wasn't included which was pointed out in https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-square/issues/194#issuecomment-2286998100

Steps to test the changes in this Pull Request:

Run nvm use && npm ci && npm run build
Extract the generated zip and verify that the .pot files exists.
