Weight values converted to pounds when using KG in store. #3

If your weight values are set in WP eCommerce to use kilograms and you convert your products over to WooCommerce, the store will continue displaying weights as kilograms, however it will convert the weight value to the value equivalent in pounds. Example: product is 10 kg, when moved over it will display as 22.05 kg in WooCommerce.

Did some more testing as this bug has come up again in ticket: https://woothemes.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/250104

Locally, I had 10lbs set as the product weight in WPEC. Regardless of what weight setting I had in WC, the value was divided by 2.2 upon import (4.54kg or 4.54lbs)
