Display multiple quantity input boxes after selecting variations (i.e. Size)

How can I add multiple quantity boxes based on a variation i.e. 'Size'.

I've seen it done here: http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-dragdrop-shopping-cart/full_screen_preview/3253188

I'm doing a site for a tshirt wholesaler who had 8 different sizes. His clients always have the ability to add the quantity side-by-side so they can see their total order (i.e. 24 Small, 24 Medium, 36 Large etc.). They would then click the 'add to cart' button just once.
