Steps To Reproduce:

Hit the URL: http://gerpot.dreamhosters.com/wp-admin/
Login with valid credentials
Go to WooCommerce->Settings->Tax options
Tap on radio and dropdown options
Observe that WooCommerce->Settings->Tax options fails to work for "Dreamhost test site"

Actual Result:

WooCommerce->Settings->Tax options fails to work for "Dreamhost test site"

Expected Result:

WooCommerce->Settings->Tax options should work for "Dreamhost test site"
