My personal payment option is being overruled to be credit-d #35015

Prerequisites

Describe the bug

I have use the payment method BACS. But since the last woocommerce update, this payment method in the check-out page is being overruled.

First the site shows the correct method, but after 5 seconds this disappears and the Credit card method is being showed. Because i am from the netherlands, I dont have a credit card like most people in the Netherlands.

So customers cant order anything now.

Expected behavior

The payment method shows and doesnt disappear. Customer can fill in the form and just simple check-out

Actual behavior

The payment method shows and before the customer has the change of filling in the form, this payment methd disappears and now the page shows the credt card payment method ONLY. Customer cannt check-out because of not having a credit card

Steps to reproduce

go to the check-out page, wait 5 seconds

But it is a bug, because it didnt happen before the update. I am a software engineer and I tried alot of things to stop it from happening but notthing is working. In the settings for payment method isnt even a method for credit card.
