Summary component has unreadable text due to contrast issues

Prerequisites

• [X] I have searched for similar bugs in both open and closed issues and cannot find a duplicate.

Describe the bug

The delta value in the red badge is using black text; This makes it nearly impossible to read and fails contrast requirements for accessibility.

There are designs in Figma that improve this:

Though, I think simply changing the text color of the current badge to white would be an acceptable improvement.

Expected behavior

Make the text white.

Actual behavior

The text is black.

Steps to reproduce

Head to a WooCommerce site with products and sales and visit the WooCommerce Home screen.

Isolating the problem

• [ ] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• [ ] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• [ ] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
