Order canceled on wordpress but money is well transfered to Stripe

Prerequisites

[X] I have searched for similar bugs in both open and closed issues and cannot find a duplicate.

Describe the bug

An order has been placed on our website and confirmed by email to the customer. However, it was in "cancelled" status in WordPress, but the money transfer was completed. In addition, the customer had no email confirmation for his order, and we had no email indicating that an order was failed or not completed.

Expected behavior

The order should have been “accepted” since the money was debited, the customer should have received a confirmation email.

Or, we should have received an email that an order has been canceled. and the customer should not have seen the “your order has been successfully completed” screen.

Actual behavior

The money was transferred, the customer debited, he saw the "order successful" screen but did not receive a confirmation email and neither did we.

Steps to reproduce

We don't know how to reproduce this bug.

Isolating the problem
