My Account Icon is missing Alt Text #47143

Prerequisites

Describe the bug

Hello! During QA recently on one of our sites, we noted that the My Account icon is missing Alt Text. Initially we thought it was just our site, but then noted it was in Woo Core.

Expected behavior

We'd expect the My Account icon to have Alt Text to meet with A11y guidelines.

Actual behavior

  1. Create a new Woo store and add the My Account icon to the navigation
  2. Right click it and check for alt-text

Thanks, @kimclowa8c for opening this issue.

This issue seems to have been already fixed, but not by adding the alt attribute to the <svg> element. https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/46899 The icon is wrapped by an anchor tag, and the label of the link serves the purpose of describing what the icon is about. There are three options to use the Customer Account block and in all of them, the link label is provided.
