[Enhancement]: Adding markup support for organization-level return policies #48401

Describe the solution you'd like

In June 2024 google announced: "Today we're adding support for return policies in Organization markup, making it easier to define a return policy for your entire business, instead of having to specify a separate return policy for each individual product you sell."

This would be great as in woocommerce these data are already set on a organization level. For Product level this is already longer possible with google schema but also not yet implemented, see #41061.

Thanks for the heads-up, @masteradhoc! This would definitely be a good addition.

@rrennick given that this issue is very closely related to https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/41061, I think it would be good if they are owned by the same team. I don't have a strong opinion on whether this issue should be for Kirigami & Origami or Proton, but seeing that Proton is already working on #41601, maybe it makes sense if they take a look at this one as well? cc @naman03malhotra

Hey @Aljullu, thanks for the ping. I've discussed it with the team. Proton plans to work on this along with other issues you mentioned in this category.
