Add Terralith #14

Terralith seems to work with the Continents datapack and because it uses Terrablender it is highly compatible with both Regions Unexplored and Promenade #7. I have all 3 loaded atm in a world and it's running great. Structures + biomes from each mod generate fine as well.

Might be a bit much tbf thinking about it. Explored the world and it generates fine but it's a bit derpy in places. Either Terralith or #7 is better
