Documentation for providers #90

Hi, just a question as to plans for providing documentation on using the providers noting there is no docs or similar in the repository?

Maybe a folder of example docker-compose setups could suffice?

IMO documentation should go to the core repo and extend https://woodpecker-ci.org/docs/next/administration/autoscaler
