Add testing skeleton https://github.com/helm-unittest/helm-unittest#docker-usage
Add tests for extraVolumes and extraVolumeMounts (after #118 and #98)
Add Makefile rule
Run tests in CI

We can't use the official helmunittest/helm-unittest image as this is rootless. Hence we use the helm image and install the plugin manually + versionize via a custom regex manager.

I hadn't found it to be working recursively initially, found a way now.
