I had to do some reverse-engineering to figure out how to run the chart, so I'm making some small changes in an effort to help new people start:

Explained what env vars need to be set and set up links to docs.
Modified the unused secret template to allow for secret creation and input of encrypted values.

Happy to change the approach if this one is not correct. Please let me know.
