we missed the release announcement on discord for ~3weeks

so next time the tagging pipeline should create a message into our chat announce channels if all succeeded

We now have https://codeberg.org/woodpecker-plugins/mastodon-post for mastodon. For discord we could use https://plugins.drone.io/plugins/discord (which we could also add to our index if we update docs, similar to the git-push plugin). So only X/Twitter is missing now.
