the release plugin did tag v2.7.3 on the latest commit on main !

so i manually cleaned up the mess and made it work

Besides that why have you added the WOODPECKER_PLUGINS_PRIVILEGED notes to the 2.7.3 changelog again? This has absolutely nothing todo with 2.7.3

more awareness ... technically speaking there was also no change related in v2.7.2 about WOODPECKER_PLUGINS_PRIVILEGED.

but till we have it fixed via v2.8.0 I think we should state that
