Use squared spinner to have a bit more space
Display "9+" if more than 9 pipelines are running

There is a regression on mobile, the number is visible when the logs are open. Screenshot_20241117-082459

And I also think personally that it should not '"fade out" as we don't do it like this for the other spinners as well. But I'm also fine if it stays as is
