Crash un Deck Builder when setting a number of cards to zero #17

Ardb 2.0 beta - WinXP
In deck builder, when I open an already created deck, double click on a
card from the deck and set its number to zero, ardb crashes.

There seems to be an issue with the tree control when items are removed from it 
using
the amount dialog.  I have disabled the double click amount dialog for this 
release.
