Repeated first step of "User requests to list person" in use cases #24

The step should be set as a precondition instead, removing the need to duplicate it in most MSS

Thank you for pointing this out, but the use cases are not listing the same groups. There are only 2 use cases with "User requests to list persons." The others are "User requests to list leads." or "User requests to list clients." Thus, it does not make sense to combine it all under one precondition.
