Single-line comments don't support Tasks #1

For some reason, it's not detecting a Task inside a single-line (') comment.
It works for multi-line/rem comment blocks.

I jumped the gun it seems.
For some reason on Mac, it's not showing up in the Task list.

Well, they kind of work, but I think there's a bug with DLTK.
