We should be able to debug from within the IDE using the usual set of
commands to do so - step, step-in, etc - and show variables/stack etc.

Working on it.
Managed to get the debugger to run - at least.

After the port to BlitzMax, debugger is running well in both Win32 and Mac.
There's currently a bug with BlitzMax on Mac which gives issues running the 
debugger in Release mode. This 
should be fixed for the next release of BlitzMax. There's a patch available on 
the forum in the meantime.
