Some `.d.ts` missing #21

Hey @wooorm .

I noticed that I started getting some issues while trying to update from v2.0.0 to v2.1.0.

TS start yelling at me about some .d.ts was missing.

Weird, right? I was trying to understand based on the tasks you have defined during the building but no idea.
