This will add dependabot to this repository for npm, and with the interval of daily, and also request review of @wooorm for now in a pull request.

Thanks for the PR, but I am personally not a fan of dependabot, especially for repos that don’t require a lot of maintaince, and don’t have frequently updated dependencies.
