Make a Dark Theme from Woopig 5.0 Theme #19

Create a new theme copying the default Woopig 5.0 one and just tweak the CSS to make a dark theme.

The CSS itself shouldn't be bad. The labor is going to be in the image cleanup from the olden days. Especially the custom smileys. I'm all for moving as much of them to the [more] popup. @One-Quarter

@One-Quarter while you're in that dark mode development, look at the error log and take care of the errors it's throwing. Same thing I did on the other themes, just remove calls to undefined functions. It's created like 30 pages of errors just from you using it.
