Support for Block Storage API and basic support for Ceilometer #158

Hi, I've added support for Block Storage API, and modified the Ceilometer part to use it basically (ie. manually chaining queryParams : q[n] fields and values)

Can this be merged to master. ? I want to use the Cinder API if possible for volume management.
